Key presses and mouse moves don't get to computer
- Ensure that the computer is powered on and the receiver is connected to the computer
- Unplug receiver and plug it into the computer's USB port again.
- Re-connect keyboard and mouse with receiver.
- Be sure a program is running that responds to the keystrokes you are typing.
- Ensure the keyboard/mouse and receiver are no more than 10 feet apart.
Keyboard works, but mouse does not work
- Ensure the mouse's power switch is in the On position.
- Re-connect mouse with receiver.
- Replace batteries in the mouse.

- Re-connect keyboard with receiver.
- Replace batteries in the keyboard.
Cursor moves by itself or keystrokes appear from nowhere
- Your receiver is within range of another device on the same channel/id. Re-connect keyboard and mouse with computer.

How do I set the address on the RF-18?
- Press-and-release the transparent button on the receiver dongle.
- While the receiver LED is blinking red, press-and-release the black button on the underside of the keyboard. The receiver LED blinks green, then stops blinking to show that the keyboard is connected.
- Press-and-release the transparent button on the receiver dongle again.
- While the receiver LED is blinking red, press-and-release the rubber Connect button on the underside of the mouse. The receiver LED blinks green, then stops blinking to show that the mouse is connected.
